We offer standard and express shipping across Europe. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and orders over €150 qualify for free standard shipping.
How can I return or exchange an item?
You can return any unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please visit our online return portal. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Are by Parra products ethically manufactured?
Yes, we prioritize quality and ethical production. Most of our collections are produced in Portugal to ensure high manufacturing standards, fair labor practices, and reduced carbon footprint through local sourcing.
