If you are not entirely satisfied with your by Parra purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Securely place the items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original labels are included.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.
